1. Introduction Tepilot ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the Tepilot mobile application ("App").

2. Offline-First Policy Tepilot is designed as an offline-first productivity tool. All image processing, rendering, and data handling occur locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or share your photos, screenshots, or text inputs with any external servers or third parties.

3. Data Collection and Usage

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or share any personal identification information (PII) such as your name, email, or phone number.
• User Content (Photos & Screenshots):
  • The App requires access to your device's Photo Library to allow you to select screenshots for editing.
  • This access is strictly limited to the specific images you select.
  • The final images created within the App are saved directly back to your device's Photo Library.
  • None of your images are ever uploaded to our servers.
• AI Features: In the current version (V1.0), all AI-related features are disabled. No data is sent to any AI service providers (such as Google Gemini).

4. App Permissions To function correctly, Tepilot requests the following permissions on your device:

• Photo Library Usage: To import your screenshots and save your created designs.
• Camera (Optional): To take photos directly for mockups (if applicable).

5. Third-Party Services We do not use third-party analytics services to track your usage within the App. Any usage data collected by the Apple App Store is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy and settings.

6. Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
