TradeGym ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"), specifically regarding our AI Coaching and Subscription services.
1. Data Collection & Usage
We collect information solely to provide and improve our trading simulation and AI analysis features.
A. Personal Data (Account Information)
If you choose to create an account to use our Cloud Sync features, we collect:
- Email Address: Used for authentication (via Firebase), account recovery, and unique user identification.
- User ID: A unique identifier generated by our system to link your trading performance data.
- Note: You may use the App in "Guest Mode" without providing an email address, but your data will remain local to your device and cannot be recovered if the App is uninstalled.
B. AI Feature Data
To provide "AI Coach" and "Pattern Hunter" features, we process specific data:
- Trading Data: When you explicitly request an AI review, your trade logs (entry/exit price, timestamp) are temporarily processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate feedback.
- Pattern Prompts: Text commands you enter in "Pattern Hunter" are processed to identify chart patterns.
- Data Minimization: We only send the necessary technical data to the AI. No personal identifiers (email, name) are shared with the AI model.
C. Subscription Data
- Status Tracking: We track your subscription status (Free/Pro/Ultra) to unlock specific features.
- Transaction Info: We do NOT process or store your credit card or payment information. All payments are handled securely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Third-Party Services & Data Processors
We utilize the following trusted third-party services to operate the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
