1. 服务范围

“特小白”团队通过 Tenewbie 应用为您提供车辆数据监测、行程记录及驾驶性能分析工具。本应用仅作为辅助工具，不作为车辆安全驾驶的依据。

2. 账号与安全

您通过 Tesla 官方页面进行授权。您应妥善保管自己的设备安全，因设备丢失或未授权访问导致的 Token 泄露风险由用户自行承担。

3. 免责声明 (重要)

• 数据准确性：应用显示的数值（如速度、0-100 加速时间）基于算法融合，可能存在传感器误差或 API 延迟。请始终以车辆官方仪表盘为准。
• 驾驶安全：请在遵守交通法规的前提下使用本应用。禁止在驾驶过程中手动操作应用。因使用本应用导致的任何交通事故、罚单或硬件损毁，开发者不承担法律责任。
• 服务可用性：本应用依赖 Tesla 官方 API，若因 Tesla 策略调整导致功能不可用，开发者不保证服务的永久持续性。

4. 知识产权

Tenewbie 的 UI 设计、品牌标识及“特小白”家族系列产品的相关算法均受版权保护。

• Driving Safety: DO NOT operate this app while driving. The developer is not liable for any accidents, traffic violations, or hardware damage resulting from the use of this app.
• Third-party Dependency: Functionality depends on the Tesla Fleet API. We cannot guarantee service continuity if Tesla's API policies change.
